Package: One piece of umbrella in one polybag; 5 to 30 pcs of umbrellas in one outside carton. Of course, we also can package them according to your requirements. 2.Are the products waterproof?
Re: Our all products have been tested in a strict leaking test, so they are 100% waterproof.
3.Can you send us samples?
Re: We can send you samples. The new customers need pay proportional sample fees according
to the actual samples we make, and generally we send our old customers samples with free
(except the mould charges for remanufacturing the samples' moulds), but they should pay
charges for mailing samples.

5.What will be the sample delivery time?
Re: It will take us about 7-15 days to finish the sample, and it will take about another 5-10 days to ship the sample to your country.
6.What is the delivery time if we place an order?
Re: We will finish and delivery the goods in about 30-50 days after you place the order. If the quantity of your order is big(more than 5000 pairs) or you need many different models and the production technique is rather complicated, the delivery time should be negotiated according to the actual situation.

If there are serious quality problems with the goods, we will check at first. If the quality problems indeed exist, we can negotiate to solve the problems. Of course, we will also exchange the goods or make appropriate compensation according to the actual situation.
